Disability Resources Fair
October 6, 2009 - In celebration of National Disability Awareness Month, the California Department of Food and Agriculture and the California Department of Veterans Affairs hosted the 2009 Disability Resources Fair in downtown Sacramento. The Fair brings together governmental and community disability organizations who share information about their work and the resources they provide to the disability community.
Alice Parente, VSAS Director, spoke at the event about the organization and services for children with disabilities in the Sacramento community.
