Sacramento County Fair
Friday, May 23, 2008 - VSA arts of California at Sacramento students from the following schools performed Hip Hop dances (choreographed by Alice Twilla) on the Golden 1 Stage beginning at 11:00 am: Elder Creek Elementary, Jed Smith Elementary, Luther Burbank High, CSUS, Lisbon Elementary. Audiences also enjoyed breakdancing performances by Rosemont High School students (choreographed by Vince Horiuchi).
Visual artwork created by students from the following schools was also on display: Lisbon Elementary (professional artist Julie Madden), Alice Birney Elementary (professional artist Julie Madden) and Mark Twain Elementary (professional artist Pat Dawson).
