F65 Grand Opening proceeds benefit Very Special Arts Sacramento, July 16, 2005:
The F65 lofts are an unique creation of Mark Friedman & Fulcrum Property, a Sacramento development group. Support for the arts is one of the commitments the Fulcrum Group has made to the community. Toward this effort, the proceeds from the Grand Opening were shared among VSA Sacramento, Short Center, and Art Bridge.
VSAS displayed many works of art at the F65 Grand Opening, including tile mosaics and other multi-media works from the organization's AIS program.

A new sculpture by the acclaimed artist Steve Kaltenbach, "Matter Contemplates Spirit", adorns the entrance of F65. Model lofts were beautifully decorated by Atmosphere Home. The lofts were designed by the architect Mark Dz, and built by Sunseri Associates.
