Uptown Studios has quite a history and a great reputation! Uptown Studios started in 1992 with owner Tina Reynolds and began it's adventure in 'changing the world!' Tina slowly added creative professionals along the way and has taken Uptown Studios to the top of its game.

Tina has always led by example and with her fiery enthusiasm and encouragement, all staff have the opportunity to participate in community activism and volunteer in causes they feel passionate about.

Tina has been running her own design firm since 1976. Tina is the community face to Uptown Studios, she is always ready and eager to get your project going, give you enough information with the experience that will give you the “big picture” on your campaign or marketing materials. She is always there to remind you to “Make it Easy, Fun and Popular”

Cris Weber

Art/Web Director

Cris has owned and partnered in Sacramento design firms since 1994. She is an alumni of California State University Sacramento — Department of Design where she also taught for 6 years. Cris joined the Uptown team in 2007 and couldn't be happier. She loves a well designed campaign as much as welding in her art studio. Let's make some creative sparks fly.

Kate Moore

Multimedia Director

Kate is an experienced graphic designer who specializes in set design, animation and video projects for Uptown Studios. Kate knows the way to make your video projects get noticed on TV, the web and mobile devices. She is also our expert on Social Media Marketing and SEO.

Sarah Barkawi

Project Manager

Sarah is the newest member of Uptown Studios, having joined the team at the very start of 2012. She joined the team with 4 years of project management experience. With a degree in Media Communication from the California State University of Sacramento, a personal passion for design, and a love for her community, Uptown Studios is the perfect fit!

Anton Weaver

Lead Designer

Anton has been with Uptown for four and a half years and is passionate about all things design. Anton loves the creative process and seeing a client's finished piece come to life. He's good with just about any graphic style and can bring something unique to your project whatever it may be. Anton is also passionate about white space and anything with two or more wheels.

Katelyn Schirmer

Web Developer

Katelyn began her relationship with Uptown Studios in 2008 as an intern. In 2009 she graduated from the Univesrity of California, Davis and joined the Uptown team as a web developer. Katelyn loves to code and will talk to you all day about web sites if you give her the chance!

Steve Knau

Web Developer

Steve has been with Uptown for three years and is a hardworking employee as well as a student. He is currently attending UC San Diego and is majoring in Computer Science. Over the past few years, he has been working with HTML, PHP, MySQL, and other tools for web and database development. Steve is reliable when it comes to getting the job done.
